The Secret Invasion groundwork, the Intelligencia and Daredevil, all out of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law episode 8, which dropped on Thursday, 6 October 2022! I’m writing up all of that plus where this goes next.
This post runs briefly through the things that caught my eye on a first viewing and the Easter eggs, and then gets into the analysis.

Started shooting all sorts of things for fun lately. The camera is an α7 IV — shoot in RAW, edit in Lightroom, that kind of thing.
Frog-Man at last!! The case is about whether there were false claims made about the quality of his suit, but it was down to his own recklessness. And then he kidnaps the suit’s tailor out of misplaced resentment and ends up the main villain of episode 8 lol
The intriguing part: in the comics a Skrull was impersonating him during Secret Invasion, so the version of him who turned up this time could get swapped out at some point too… maybe! If that’s groundwork being laid, it would be the best!
Bidding against that Todd, of all people, over the Wakandan spear lol
The Intelligencia, the mastermind of the whole show, finally shows up!
In the comics the setup is as below. An organisation with all the intellect-type villains gathered into it! Would the boss of this lot be the Leader, the one from the first Hulk film?
Incidentally, this organisation is the one that creates the villain Red Hulk, so we might even get Red Hulk showing up next week!!!
An organisation made up entirely of intellect-type villains.
Their first appearance is Fall of the Hulks, but the notion that they were “formed years ago and had been working in the shadows behind Marvel’s historic events” is a setting added after the fact.
Their aim is to exchange information and knowledge with one another. And to gather once again the holdings of the lost Library of Alexandria (a library said to have genuinely existed in real history too, collecting the wisdom of the world).
They created the Red Hulk.

So what is the Intelligencia, led by HulkKing, actually after?
Why does Jennifer have to be torn down socially. To make her angry and get hold of something in her blood, maybe?
Matt Murdock, better known as Daredevil — here he is!!!!!
Well, Kingpin already showed up in Hawkeye and I knew from the trailer that Daredevil was coming, but having him involved in the story this heavily makes me so happy!
And on top of that, things get going between him and Jen, a fellow lawyer! Want to see a lot more of these two together~~
The action was pretty comedic and a lot of fun.
Daredevil is already confirmed for Echo and the MCU Daredevil after this! Massive expectations for what comes next!

And his mask comes off far too easily — oi!! lol
She-Hulk’s new costume finally arrives!! It stretches and looks incredibly easy to move in!!
Glad she could patch things up with Luke Jacobson the tailor too.
The Sokovia Accords had been repealed, of all things!!!
Which means you no longer have to reveal your identity in order to operate as a hero!
Thought there’d be a single winner, and then it’s six of them lol
Jen starts into a long speech that was obviously written for a solo win, but then HulkKing’s scheme turns it into that, of all things…
Is this fan service for Wakanda Forever being on the way? It’s presumably a vibranium spear, so of course a request to hand it back turns up.
