[Spoilers] Loki Season 2 Episode 4 [Analysis & Easter Eggs]
Spoilers for Loki season 2 episode 4, which dropped on Friday 27 October 2023! A rundown of the episode plus the analysis, the Easter eggs and where all of this goes next.

A recent hobby
Started shooting all sorts of things for fun lately. The camera is an α7 IV — shoot in RAW, edit in Lightroom, that kind of thing.

Episode 4, “Heart of the TVA”
Episode 4 ends with the whole TVA wiped out, of all things…
But watching the trailer, it’s clear there’s still hope!
In the trailer, Loki can be seen wearing the same clothes as in the episode 4 cliffhanger and getting pulled into the car park of a Piranha Powersports dealership! And it looks like he gets thrown around by time slipping again, the way he did in episode 1!
Speaking of what Loki wears, there’s also a shot of him in that prisoner suit so familiar from the TVA, which hints that he ends up a captive in some form by the end!
And Sylvie surviving is a certainty — in the trailer she can be seen looking up next to a device firing blue light into the sky!
The one who pruned Loki in episode 1 was Loki
The one who pruned Loki from behind in episode 1 was Loki himself!
Figured it was someone from the team, but Loki himself, huh~
And as I said in the episode 1 analysis, the TVA is the one place where time doesn’t branch — time runs there like it does in Back to the Future!
Ravonna was a general, not a lover
Looks like Ravonna was a general rather than a lover~
And having someone around who knew who he was might have got messy, so that’s why the memory was erased.
Where did Ouroboros come from?
Same as last week, there was that bit about the signature for the manual lol
And Victor Timely and Ouroboros have each been shaped by the other, so there’s no telling which one is the start — a genuine ouroboros lol
Timely’s items
That item Victor was holding so meaningfully in episode 3 was something used for the Temporal Loom!
What happens to Mobius?
Getting blamed by Sylvie for not going to look for his own real life — felt a bit sorry for him there
Though the trailer had a shot of what was probably the boat Mobius wanted, so maybe something moves on that in episode 5 or so!
Brad can’t go back now…
I get why Brad sides with Ravonna, but I’d have liked him to push back when the killing started in the Cube
He hasn’t been pruned yet, but what becomes of him now…. Whether everyone was wiped out in episode 4 is impossible to read at all
Terrifying Miss Minutes
Wondered what Miss Minutes would say right before the reset, and it turned out to be words of a curse aimed at Victor. Really scary. Just felt like plain malice, and it was terrifying..
Or is it these cursed words that turn Victor into Kang, maybe?
