A recent hobby
I’ve started shooting all sorts of things for fun lately. The camera is an α7 IV — shoot in RAW, edit in Lightroom, that kind of thing.

Easter eggs, trivia and analysis
Episode 2: Fury’s guilt and isolation

The theme this time is “Fury’s guilt and isolation,” I suppose?
Back in the day, in return for their help to humanity, Fury promised the Skrulls that he would find them somewhere they could settle for good. But more than twenty years went by with nothing, and the Fury who came back after being snapped away showed no drive for it either, so the Skrull side ended up writing him off.

And in the present day, Maria Hill, who had propped him up all this time, is dead, he’s fallen out with Talos and they’ve gone their separate ways, and Rhodey has told him he’s fired. Where does episode 3 take all this?
Coulson or S.H.I.E.L.D. coming to help?

Early on there was archive footage from the film Captain Marvel, and Coulson’s name was right there in it!! Surely this is setup for him coming to the rescue of the isolated Fury we have now!? lol
Maria Hill’s mother

Maria’s mother turned up… That was sad… She seems to be a hugely influential figure in America, so there could well be something like her helping Rhodey out in Armor Wars.
Gravik becomes the Skrull general

It seems the heads of state of the various countries had already been turned into Skrulls!! But this doesn’t look like it’s for the sake of an invasion? Even so, now that Gravik has become the Skrull general this time, staging a world war of their own has come within reach.
Gravik was Fury’s apprentice

Would you believe Gravik has known Fury since he was a small child! Maybe he was even his apprentice? Something must have gone on between him and Fury in the past, and that looks like the reason he makes Fury suffer this badly. Really want to know what happened~
Dr. Dalton’s experiment is Super-Skrull!!!

What Dr. Dalton was researching was
- Groot
- Cull Obsidian
- Extremis
- Frost Beast

— that’s the lot! Enemies and allies who turned up in the likes of Thor 2 and Iron Man 3! And if their DNA is being collected, this must surely be the Super-Skrull project from the comics!!

What a Super-Skrull is:
An elite warrior born from surgical modification carried out for the purpose of defeating the Fantastic Four, carrying the abilities of all four members of the Fantastic Four at once.
On top of that, every one of those abilities outstrips the Fantastic Four’s own, and he can even use them in combination — a superhuman in every sense.
In the story he is said to have deliberately overwhelmed each of them with their own power, which is more than anyone could bear.https://w.atwiki.jp/niconicomugen/pages/3982.html
So: a Skrull carrying the abilities of the Fantastic Four all at once! The Fantastic Four have barely appeared in the MCU, so it looks like the powers being copied are Groot’s and the others’ instead!
An outrageous secret of Fury’s

Would you believe Fury has a wife he’s married to, and on top of that she’s a Skrull!!! Are there children, I wonder? Cannot wait to see what kind of exchange next week brings!!!
What Sonya of MI6 is after

Sonya Falsworth of MI6, who also appeared in episode 1.
She turned up again this time, and there she was torturing someone lol
Looking forward to seeing how she gets involved from here!
