A recent hobby
Started shooting all sorts of things for fun lately. The camera is an α7 IV — shoot in RAW, edit in Lightroom, that kind of thing.
This time it was Hakone.

Episode 4, “Seeing Red”
The Red Dagger

What episode 4 brings in is the Red Daggers, an organisation that fights the ClanDestine! And their goal turns out to be stopping that bangle from wiping out the Earth.
In the comics the Red Dagger is a single person! Watch the video above and Kareem in the show looks extremely close to the comics character! He and Kamala probably get something going, but then Kamala picks Bruno back in America and it never goes anywhere — that sort of thing feels likely lol
The Red Daggers’ base

The Red Daggers’ base being a Chinese restaurant had me thinking, surely this is Shang-Chi related?! But no lol

Also Waleed, the Daggers’ leader, had so much presence, and yet he dies. So sad…
Another dimension

A map of the Noor Dimension turns up! Layered on top of ours like that… And they say there are plenty of others too, so that side of things is certain to be a theme from Phase 4 onwards! Shang-Chi had another dimension in it as well!
Making up with her mother

Kamala’s conversations with her mother and her grandmother were lovely. Her mother was a girl who wanted to change the way things were, exactly like Kamala is now. Her mother realises that as well, which is presumably why the two of them end up talking and laughing together this time.
After finishing episode 4
What’s next for Kamran

Kamran, disowned by his mother. Only a prediction, but he could well head back to the Noor Dimension, become the leader of the Djinn and work towards peace.
Time travel?

At the end of this episode Kamala takes Najma’s attack on the bangle, and something like time travel happens. But that looks like it’s probably the bangle’s memories. Really looking forward to what Kamala gains from going back into the past.
The ClanDestine are almost all gone

The ClanDestine were almost entirely wiped out in this fight. Dying to an attack like that… So does Kamala’s enemy from next week onwards become Damage Control? Or does a huge number of Djinn come through?
